Polite, welcoming and above all knowledgeable about my condition. After being misdiagnosed by my own doctors surgery and not very well informed by my nhs hospital I wanted to see someone who knew my current situation and gain further clarity on what I should be doing. Mr Braithwaite listened to me on how my visit had come about, my symptoms and what I was concerned about and that I didn’t feel rushed in an way. He explained exactly on how my appointment would go and despite not being the ideal news I felt so much more informed and that things had been explained to me. Quite different news to my 3 month nhs check up! I would most definitely recommend Mr Braithwaite and the Woodthorpe hospital and would have no hesitation to make another appointment if I felt the need arise or wanted to see him again for peace of mind.
